I had a nightmare last night that the mild I have in the carboy blew it's airlock and was bubbling like crazy. I kept trying to take a hydrometer reading, but the beer in the test flask was bubbling so hard I wasn't able to get an accurate reading. Once I finally was able to get a reading, it was still at my OG even after a week in the fermentor.
