Well, that's what I'm looking for .... add to the list!!! I like Beerthog's "tour of belgium" addition.

I have 1, 3 and 6.

I think I can claim 4 (Brew day at a commercial brewery). Stone invited a bunch of homebrewers to a brewday a while ago and we got to take 10 gal of wort home to brew ourselves. We hung around for the entire brew session. I think I can count that. He didn't say they had to be brewing my recipe!

I've tried for DOTW a few times but I haven't come close. I think the best I did was when I In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida'd myself...

Oktoberfest will happen someday... along with that tour of Belgium someone mentioned. Also GABF.

I'd love to place in NHC finals but...

See a JP meltdown? Be nice to JP. Why you heff be mad?

I agree with the Belgium tour, maybe instead of the Oktoberfest. I definitely want #8, I've been in the 2nd round twice but no medal......yet. Burning Man is not on my list, although I love to hear the stories.
