Now that's funny wonder when they checked. Last I knew we had 3 legal licenced places. I don't get mine done in town anyway drive an hour Northwest of town to get mine done.

Bennington is a town, not a city. Population 15K...and maybe they have more tatoos than you think, you just can't see them.
