Well, we pulled the trigger. Splitsville, it is.
Time to move on. I am so sick of walking on eggshells, trying to please someone that cannot be made to be happy. This is the best thing for all involved. The love has been out of here for far to long. We never legally married, so it is a bit easier.
We will be alternating time with the kids in the every other week kind of way.
We just decided that it was done. I think the fact that she hasn't taken her meds for the last month, made my decision much easier.
On a lighter note- I got a job offer that I have been waiting on for awhile. New restaurant opening up and my former boss wants me to run the back of the house. Only thing that sucks is that I have to move an hour away from the kids. Oh well. I'm moving anyway, right.

My b-day present this year is an ex-wife. Yes, my divorce is final on my birthday!!

We are both happier than we've been in years.

Now just looking forward to getting rid of my deadbeat brother from my house!!

Best thing I did 4 years ago.

Since then we've both met more compatible partners and had children.

All the best adjusting to the new life.

Anyway, its better to be happy than try to maintain something that doesnt work.
