The Homebrewed Chef - Paxton's New Show Starts 8/26 @ 6pm

I don't know about you guys but I'm stoked about this show. Hopefully it takes off. Does anyone have more details about it?

Obviously beer and food pairings can be incredible. Unfortunately I've had a lot of attempts that don't quite work. Hopefully this show can raise people's understanding about pairing and that knowledge permeates the culinary world.

I also think it will involve cooking with beer, not just what beer goes with certain dishes. Definately looking forward to it.

With the low pH from the inevitable infection, you might be able to make some good ceviche. I'm not sure what pairs with carpet and starsan though.

This is awsome!! I really hope this show takes off, maybe eventually leading to some live cooking with video feed.

No disrespect to Paxton, but not a single episode of "The Homebrewed Chef" has aired and they already have their own tab on the homepage?

How about that "other" show tab we've been waiting for? :)

Looking forward to THC ( hee hee ).
