Beer bitch anyone?

Sun Mar 06, 2011 7:55 pm

Attempting to learn how to brew here, i turn 21 next week but i'm looking forward to when i have am able to brew myself some time in the future, I live in the philly area of South Jersey so private message me later on where you are so we can figure something out on where and when. My only requirement so far is that you have to have an all-grain system, and that i want to do the bulk of the work, including cleaning out the mash tun. That is all so far, so hopefully i can get someone soon, i REALLY want to learn how to brew

I believe the quote on the session is that "brewers are janitors who can cook". I want to know the bad AND the good

It's true- I spend far more time cleaning stuff than any other single activity in brewing. Too bad I'm on the other coast, I could totally use a pot-swabber.
