Prerequisites: everyone starts each show with a full glass and plenty of available refills.
When Sean Says:
"Actually" - Take a drink, refill if empty
"Believe it or not" - Take 2 drinks, refill if empty
"If (you stop and) think about it" - Finish whatever is in your glass, refill
"Just imagine" - Fill your glass to the top and drink the entire thing, refill
Fun for the whole family!

"You know" - a tiny sip.... otherwise you won't make it more than 15 min.

I stopped listening to this show and the Jamil show for this very reason. They're literally saying "you know" multiple times every minute.

If it was the Jamil show, you should add the word balance. I think he uses that word in every BCS recipe.
