Howdy from Bryan, TX

Just a new guy in brewing and would like to gain more knowledge.

I got one of those home brewer kits... that Mr. Beer for my birthday from my wife. Want to get into all grain.

Any help would be great. Thanks!

Welcome. Check out the Sunday Session on All Grain (titled stepping into all grain I believe). That'll get you on the right track.

Welcome! You came to the right place. Lots of great folks here ready to help & answer questions. Also, if you haven't got them already, pick up a copy of "How to Brew" by John Palmer and also "Brewing Classic Styles" by Jamil Zainasheff & John Palmer. In my opinion, both are indispensable and will answer many of your questions on your journey towards and into brewing All Grain. Enjoy your ride down the slippery slope

Welcome fellow Texican. Check out Austin Homebrew Supply's website. They have some 1 gallon all grain kits that would be good for starting out. Get all the procedure and technique down without breaking the bank. http://www.austinhomebrew.com/index.php?cPath=178_452_42_547/
