New to brewing in central Missouri

Fri Mar 01, 2013 10:19 am

Hello all, Just started brewing about 2 months ago and have brewed 3 batches so far with the extract kits from Northern Brewer. I started off with the Irish Red which I added a hint of orange peel and coriander to in the secondary fermentation...delicious. Next I did the Cream Ale kit which I added 6 lbs of strawberries, 1 lbs of raspberries, and 1 lbs of blackberries in the secondary...still waiting to try that one. A few days ago I racked my Caribou Slobber kit over into the secondary. I can't wait to build my mash tun so I can jump with both feet into A.G. brewing. :aaron

The painful rash will fade in a few years, but the itch will last forever. Welcome! :jnj
