Hey there friends. I have been brewing homebrew now for a very short time. I am now 3 batches in, and I am completely addicted. I have been drinking craft brews for the past 5 years and in the past it was rather difficult to find a good selection of crafts. That never stopped me! I would take road trips just to find new craft brews. Just wanted to say hello and I am excited to learn create more new brews!!!! Happy brewing.

Welcome-
3 things to remember-
1) Sanitization
2) Temperature control
3) Give the yeast all the time they need. They work on their schedule, not yours.
Hang around, ask questions. Lots of good folks on this board will answer.
