Fruit beer yeast strain?

I'm going to make a raspberry blonde ale that I would like to have a slightly sweet finish to accent the fruit. As I am a huge White Labs fan, I was going to use either WLP001 Pacman or WLP051 Cal Ale V. I almost always make starters. I know the 051 is a little less attenuative so it has that going for it. However I could just use the 001 and mash a little higher for more dextrins. I've not made many fruit beers and I really want this one to come out fruity, tasty and slightly sweet. Thoughts? Suggestions? Has anyone ever used WLP051? I am totally unfamiliar with it.
