In the "User Control Panel" under "Board Preferences" you can manage "Friends & Foes". If you no longer want to see villiam's post at all simply add his name to the list of Foes and he will magically disappear. Best way to deal with trolls.

mylo that works for regular posts. But if you read the fine print on the foes stuff it says that he can still send pm's and that is the problem he keeps pming mrs h. If I have to I will make a trip to the carolinas to stop it.

That's nice, but why would I want to block his posts. I actually get some kind of sick enjoyment out of watching him try to post questions and get railroaded every time. Then come back for more.
