Are you saying that the pressure will force the yeast out through the racking cane? (assuming you block off the other port on the carboy cap).Or are you adding pressure through the other port on the carboy cap. I saw a video somewhere of top cropping from a carboy.

I suppose I could ferment in my 6 gallon bucket to make it easier....thanks for you suggestions guys.
