I should've been able to figure this one out for myself.

Thanks for the help!

Have you started on this yet? Keep us posted, I'm curious how this works out for you. I've been thinking about doing a gueze but I was thinking of just aging all of out in glass and blending them in 3 years into a bunch of 750mLs.

Not quite yet. I am trying to gather enough old ass hops to make 15g of lambic. I have about 6 oz. and need about 3 more. I was given 3 oz. by a friend and bought 3 oz. off a forum member for $1.50 plus shipping.

Once my Oktoberfest has been brewed, I will brew the first lambic for the geueze. I will post my progress (and perhaps pictures) here.

I believe I ordered a lb of aged hops from Freshhops I believe for super cheap one time. I just checked out the website and didn't see any on there but it'd be worth calling them I think. It was real cheap from what I remember.

I think Freshops has, at least for the time being, stopped carrying aged hops. I will contact them to determine if they still carry them or not.

I got mine from morebeer but it think they only carried them for a short time because they are in short supply.
