How long can Beer be held at frementation Temps

I just got a new Cooler that will hold a ton of beer. I set it up for fermentation. I the past I only brewed what I could store in my kegerator. So if after the beer is fermented out and has been racked to keg. How long will the beer hold in this controlled state of 66 to 68 degrees. I know the if I filter the beer it would be better but. Also I bottle some beers so they will be there to carbonate and then how long could they stay. I am kicking around dropping cooler to 50s and using ferm wraps on my carboys.

From what I understand you can hold a beer at just about any temp, but it shortens its life drastically. I think it was every 10º hotter it shortens the life of the beer by some amount of weeks.
