I realise no one has the complete answer when brewing. But these guys have made a huge difference to a brewer in the middle of nowhere. Thankyou to the Brewing Network, Jamil, John, Tasty, Nathan & The Three Muskateers at Northern Brewer Beer TV. To the guys in the Forum. " Fella's just like me " Merry Xmas. Have just brewed Jamil's English IPA @ 6.7% and it tastes magic. To Justin who has done all the hardwork and chased the "Dream". Thankyou. My life has recently changed and I don't get to listen to the "TEACHINGS" as much as I used to. But I am a BN Army Corporal and will continue as long as my credit is good!! Merry Xmas to all the Brews of The World and Merry Xmas to Frank my German friend who taught me All Grain Brewing!!

Jamil, quit making extra accounts

I've been brewing for 9-10 years now. Before 2007, it wasn't very often. I got to the point where I could make pretty good stuff that tasted like 'homebrew'... so not really that good at all. When people said it was good, they really meant it was better than the stuff crazy Uncle Steve was mason-jar conditioning under his bed & they really liked that slight green apple flavor I worked into the recipe. It's absolutely crazy to stop for a second & think back over the last 6 years, what I've learned & how my passion has grown. I can't say that the BN has been the only source of that knowledge, but I have learned a lot from the shows & even more from these forums. A big part of it for me is how the shows keep me driven, motivated & passionate about my beer, regardless of how well I know or don't know the topic. Sometimes I like the simple topics, even though I'm not learning anything, it makes me want to go home & build something or design a new recipe or whatever.

Here's to another fine year of mediocre audio, boob songs, dick jokes, homemade roadkill taxidermy, sour yeast chugs, cock rock, hand sanitizer, taint pushes & JP being handsome. To all my brewin' brothas, sistas & Spidey (we'll figure it out one of these days) ... Sláinte! :aaron
