I agree completely. My batch sparge is complete and in the boil kettle in the same length of time it takes to get most fly sparge setups adjusted to allow you to walk away. I have my mash tun cleaned and put away before a fly sparge is anywhere close to done.

If time is an issue, then I suggest no sparge or BIAB. I get 72% with my no sparge technique.
