Remember 'change one thing at a time' applies to your software too, not just the physical ingredients going into the beer. I would highly suggest doing the switch on a recipe you've got dialed in. And also to have your old trusty software open to double check the calculations.

Same in regards to the high mash temp. Pull the sugar, don't mess with the mash temp.
