Probally wrong board--But I have been looking for some clone receipe of Red Nectar. Years ago ,I believe when Humbolt was doing it it was online.Now Firestone has had it and back to Humbolt I see no real details other than hop selection.I see a common two lbs wheat in a five gal batch.But the crystal malt bill to get that signature twang has been illusive to find.I have seen Munich with two lbs 60---- to two pounds 75 l and two pounds of 90L.
Anyone ever knock out a close clone?Anybody have a buddy at Humbolt that knows finishing Ca ppm in the beer?
