High Gravity HBS - awesome service

Not sure if this is the right forum for this, but I have to share big love for High Gravity (http://www.highgravitybrew.com).
I bought a controller from them a couple of years back when setting up my electric system. Nice unit, works great.
Last week due to my own stupidity I blew the controller circuit (and saw some stars too!). It was either full on or minimum, nothing in between. I got through my brew day by paying attention and using the on/off switch!

The unit was about $270, so I wasn't about to just buy another. Emailed Dave at High Gravity (Sunday afternoon). Within a couple of hours got a reply, saying he'd fix it...just send it in. So I did. In less than a week it's back, fixed as good as new, with no charge. I've just emailed them back...I want to pay them for their work fixing my stupidity, but I need to share the love either way. This is service above and beyond the call. Austin Homebrew is my local here, and they are awesome too, but, needless to say, I'll be putting High Gravity top of my list for future purchases. If any of you have electric brewing systems or are investigating such, check them out, and if you just want to buy from somewhere that really cares about their customers (even very occasional customers), you wont go wrong. They're part of the brotherhood.

I've used High Gravity a couple of times and have always come away happy. AHS is great, but High Gravity carries things AHS doesn't.
