I have a converted Chest Freezer and a temp contoller. I set it at about 42f for everything, unless I am lagering in it, in which case it is about 37f. Then I just let the beer warm up.

It's a 7cuft freezer so it can only hold 4 cornies or 2 and a carboy. If I have more than 4 cornies with beer in them, the ones "conditioning" are doing so at room temp until I can get additional cold storage, probably a BIGGER Chest Freezer.

1) I keep my fridge at 42.

2) I don't have room to store kegs in cold storage, so they're stored at room temps... one day.... one day...

Serving temperature of 38 degrees, Long term Lagering temperature of 33 degrees. 2 different fridges. Separate lager fermentation temperature in a 3rd fridge. All with seperate temperature controls.
