Move carbonated, cold keg out of the beer fridge?

I have a strong ale that I kegged, conditioned, naturally carbonated, chilled and tapped. Well, after tasting it I think it needs some more time to mature, as in months. I don't have room to keep it in my fridge as I have other beers on deck for me to drink.

Can I take the carbonated keg back out of the fridge and keep it at around 65 degrees for a couple of months or will it be crap?

Thanks,

Rob

I don't think you'll have a problem, but that's just MHO. I know beer should be kept at "cellar temp" which is more like 55f or so, but 65f is not so bad. Just remember that beer ages more quickly when it's warmer, so check it occasionally. I think you'll be fine, and I do that sort of thing all the time. Of course, you've never had my beer...

Rob, also.

I do this myself every now and then with no problem at all. Just try to keep it as cool as you can, i.e. not in front of the heater vent.
