I'm brewing Jamil's triple. I'm going to bottle the beer.The recipe says to carbonate at 3 to 4 volumes. I'm guessing it means to keg? It also says to lager for one month.The question is, should I lager in the secondary before I bottle or lager after I bottle? I'm thinking if I lager too early I'll kill the yeast. Any suggestions that are more clear to help me with this situation would be greatly appreciated.
