1 lbs DME Amber
6 lbs 9.6 oz Amber Liquid Extract
1.00 oz Willamette [5.50 %] - Boil 60.0 min
1.00 oz Willamette [6.00 %] - Boil 20.0 min
1.0 pkg California Ale Yeast
4 lbs Fruit - Strawberry added during the last 15 minutes of boil and will be left in throughout fermentation.
4.0 oz Caramel Malt - 20L
