My fermentation Cabinet

Ok, so its not completely done yet.. I still have loose ends to tie up and tests to do.. But here it is...

Thanks.. So far my tests have been working.. I've been able to maintain about 67 degrees pretty well.. The next thing I need to get is a thermowell, because my temp probe is picking up ambient air a lil bit..

very nice. was looking at doing something similar...well when i can afford the conical
Prim: Broken Neck Wheat
Sec: Flander's Red, Old Ale, Oktoberfest, High Toast ESB

Just tape your probe to your conical, and insulate it from ambient with some bubble wrap for insulation.

ya I cheated a lil bit and used some left over student loan money for it... I just really didn't like messing with carboys and siphoning.. I bought a fridge well before my conical, but it was too small to fit the conical.. I plan on making an area to store either cornys or cases of conditioning beer too..

I'll have to try that out.. I used some tape and tried that a bit but was still getting a 10 degree difference.. I'll have to try the bubble wrap out.. Thanks..

pritty cool man.. but a free fridge on cregslist and a temp controller would have been easier.. and looked alittle nicer.. just sayin
