Has anyone used the WLP515 Antwerp strain. Just currious, on a whim I pitched it and was wondering what characteristics it produces. Any significant flavors or aromas I can expect? Tips on getting the most from it? Cheers!
Good if you want to taste malt and hops without yeast character getting in the way. Doesn't have much Belgian yeast flavor characteristics. I've only done one batch (Belgian pale ale) with it and have limited brewing experience though. So take that with a grain of salt.
