I remember when senior management at the company I worked at the time for gave me a blank look when I suggested we get an internet connection so the Hawaii, Washington and Alaska offices could communicate at less expense and we could experiment with this WWW thing in Switzerland as well. That was 1995.
Now if you don't have free streaming video bandwidth to your desktop you are being "oppressed"? And a T1 connection is "little".
And nothing has to get done on Friday's? As a Owner that often was my toughest day as payroll had to be funded every Friday and if clients were late on making payments there was money to juggle around to make certain everyone's paycheck cleared and the IRS could be wired transferred their portion that same day as well.
My how times change.
