First time I saw them, was three years after this video, in a bar in Ithaca, NY with about 30 other people. They basically did the entire Junta album - which they sold on cassette after the show. I bought one and have been a fan ever since. Then they exploded. I didn't see them live after around 95 or so. Great musicians for sure. Sometimes I get a little tired of the silly lyrics - but there was never an instrumental Phish song that I didn't like.

A Phine band indeed..the best? Better than the Dead? I'd say equal. Hey NHbrewer..you headed to the Jerry Jam in Franconia in a couple of weeks? Pretty sure it's the 30th-the 1st.

Have not heard of this Jerry Jam you speak of. Maybe I'll go if I can find the time. Where are you at Fluffhead. You must be somewhere close to me. Maybe we can hook up and trade beers or something sometime.
