What to do with one night in Vegas

Next friday night I'm flying to Vegas to pick up my new car!!! well, new to me, but still rad and I won't be getting in until 10pm. I 'll pick up the car on Saturday morning and start driving back to washington state, so I basically have one night in Vegas, and probably a short one at that since I want to be at the dealership in the morning when it opens. This will be the first time I've been to Vegas but it doesn't even seem like it's gonna count with the minuscule time frame. I've never been to a gordon biersch, so I guess I could have some beers and take it easy, but it just doesn't seem right to pass up all the strippers and blow. any other ideas?
