I'd give you my recipe, but I don't think it turned out all that well.

Smells absolutely fantastic, but lacks in the chocolate flavor, good roasty flavor...

If you already have a good sweet stout recipe, just rack it to secondary on top of about 2 ounces of cocoa nibs. Let sit for a week (or until it tastes like you want it), and then bottle or keg.

2oz of nibs isn't enough, I used 4oz of Cacao powder and 2oz of nibs...

My recipe was:

6lbs Amber Extract
1lb Chocolate Malt
8oz Crystal 120 L
4oz Milk Sugar
4oz Unsweetened Cocoa powder(flameout)
2oz Cacao Nibs(Primary)

If you like Rogue Chocolate Stout, that is based on Shakespeare Stout which was covered on CYBI. Per John Maier to make the chocolate stout once you have Shakespeare Stout, add 2 oz of Neilsen Massey chocolate extract per 5 gallons.
