New to the Forumn...and Brewing tonight!!!

Sat Jul 21, 2012 7:46 pm

Happy to greet you all this fine brewing evening!!!

Brewing Jamil's blonde tonight (without the caramel.) Haven't brewed hardly at all for the last couple of years for various reasons...but getting back in the saddle and gotta say oh how I've missed the smell of mash.

The family and I recently moved and there's a home brew shop just a few miles down the road. Prices are about the same as you would find on line, but without the shipping. How can I not make beer?

I'll be seeing you all...but now must sparge this golden sweet beauty.

Cool! Nothing like getting back into it after a long hiatus. Next time = NO BREAKS!

Welcome. I had 20 years between my first and second batches!

I agree. I think you are obligated to by some aspect of the Brewer's Code...
