The old Zymico screen has never done me wrong and I just add some more grains to the grain bill to make up any loss of efficiency with batch sparging and sometimes no sparge brew days. Love Beersmith. I have my efficiency numbers to +/- 0.5% in which Beersmith uses with all the pertinent brew calcs for recipe generation.
I have noticed that 3/32" is the width or hole diameter that most false bottoms use. FYI.
