Hey fellas
So I'm on a 5 week on 5 week off roster
And I'm finding it hard to ferment and bottle in the same break
Is there something I'm doing wrong is there some thing I can do ??
So far I brew a beer in week 2 and by week 5 I hve to bottle my beer before I go to work this leaves my beer 3 weeks to ferment
Before I ha e to bottle As i am the only person proficient to bottle
I have. Tight bottling schedule but I know they need to stay in the fermenter for longer for perfection
My question is
How long can i leave. Ferment in in the temp controlled fridge before bottling
I don't have access to kegs as yet but bottling is my option
I listen to BN very day for 3 years. So I know my brewing technique
