Another Old Brewer in Nor Cal

Tue Feb 26, 2013 11:32 am

Hello to all,

I just joined after listening to Jamil's show a few weeks ago. ;0

I have brewed for the past 25+ years on and off. Still learn new stuff all the time :)

Recently started to do more ciders, cysers, saurkraut, and kimchi.

Happy Ferments to you all

Welcome to the Asylum! :jnj

Lots of good info on The Jamil Show and Brew Strong.
I've made some saurkraut at home. Good stuff.
What goes into Kimchi? Does it ferment like kraut?
Please post some recipes in the food section of the forum.
Keep on Brewin'
