Ha! Horses are safe. Its the sheep that have to be worried.

Whipped up my first of 3 lagers in a row (munich dunkel) with WY 2308 Munich lager yeast. Fermenting happily away at 48-49F.

My dad and I have brewed a couple cream ales in a row the past couple weekends adding 2 lbs of honey at flameout and using WY2112. They've turned out remarkably well. So today we are going to move to a smoked mild. Never worked with smoked malt before, so it'll be interesting to see how it turns out. Damn the homebrew shop for Sunday hours. We're naturally unprepared and have to wait until noon to get the rest of our ingredients. Tick-tock... Maybe we'll learn our lesson one of these days.

German Vienna Lager. Haven't made one in years. Repitching slurry WY2308 Munich Lager from a dunkel into this one. 18F and blowing snow, finally....

Whipped up a half batch of kraut the other day. I got mizzled though. My Braeburn's turned out to be Fuji's. Maybe it'll be a happy accident.

Traditional Munich Helles. Hoping for that "it" factor on this one...
